Week 6 - Week Beginning Monday 6th July
Hello everyone, please see the work for week 6 WC 6th July. This week in NICER we are learning about an Earthquake that hit New Zealand in 2011! In art, you can create some Maori book marks which originate from New Zealand and in Georgraphy you will label the country of New Zealand. Please remember to contact your teacher each day too!

Use the fact file and technology to research about the Christchurch Earthquake that happened in New Zealand in 2011. Then create a newspaper article using the template below. I would love to see them so please send your finished ones on Dojo.
Art
In Art you will create Kowhaiwhai bookmarks. Please read through the Powerpoint so you know all about Maori people (these people originated in New Zealand) and then have fun using the resource to create some patterned Kowhaiwhai bookmarks. I look forward to seeing them soon!
