MONDAY - Read 📚 or listen to the story Then Foggy, Foggy, Forest' 🍄🌳 by Nick Sharratt. Now draw a picture of your favourite character from the story.

TUESDAY - Let's get creative and make a magic wand! 🧚🏼 (See ideas below) While you are working why not listen to 'The Foggy, Foggy Forest' song 🍄🌳. Go to YouTube and search 'The Foggy, Foggy Forest Song', click on the link by dmartinc10 and get singing 🎤!

WEDNESDAY - Today we are going to be scientists 👩‍🔬 👨‍🔬 looking at shadows. When do you see shadows? If the sun is not shining then use a torch to assist you in making a shadow! Grab a pencil and draw around a shadow. You could draw around your hand, your whole body, your toys or make a Lego tower. Once you have drawn around the shadow why not colour it in like a rainbow and make some shadow art! (See shadow ideas below)

THURSDAY - 'The Foggy, Foggy Forest' 🌳🍄 is a rhyming story. Which Nursery Rhyme is your favourite? Can you draw a picture to show your favourite Nursery Rhyme? Can you practise saying your Nursery Rhyme aloud? Why not record yourself and send it on ClassDojo!

FRIDAY - Let's develop our fine motor control by using our Funky Fingers! You are going to write your name BUT not using a pencil! Use flowers, buttons, play dough, stickers, lollipop sticks, Lego, pipe cleaners, pom-poms etc. (See name writing ideas below) Once you have made your name using objects you can practise writing your name in your workbook with a pencil! Why not write it in lots of different colours.

International Space Day Friday 1st May

Why not draw a SPACE picture this could include rockets, planets, stars or astronauts.

When you have completed your picture display it in a front window for all your friends to see!
